As I soak in to my thoughts , and look at the star lit sky I remember my dad taking me to the planetarium where the origin of “life” was described . A man speaking in front of the mike describes as the way life was born was “god said , let there be “life” , and life was born with a big bang “.

“God” said let there be “life” and life was born.? Strange it is but this sentence has so much that can explain the viscous life we know. I hope to make u all think for a moment and help me find answers for a few thoughts and questions I have…

“God” who coined this word?? I really do not know, and the man behind the mike who used the word dint know either, I am sure. Nor did I know which religion or faith he was from, which simply implies that there is only one super natural spirit called GOD and all lead to one GOD and there is nothing called different religion because it all means one.
So why fight because of religion??

The second word that catches ones attention is LIFE . What is life ?? each one has a different thought to it and each person in this world has a different meaning to it, one may routine life , boring life etc…

Going back to the evolution of life a thought I suppose many of us would hardly think is the stars in the sky (because we hardly get to see them , thanks to the routine life we get sucked into in ) is actually the past of the stars we are seeing !
The nearest star the sun , its rays take 8 min to reach the earth , so we are seeing the past of even the sun , so if the sun eventually burns out of all the hydrogen it has , we will realize it only 8 min later that we all going to die !! Strange it may seem it is the truth.

We I suppose live in a world surrounded by the past, future not known and the present surround by artificial things that are not permanent including us. Also the fact that we see the world as flat and ever ending, but seeing the world from space earth is round!

The other thought is the phrase “job”, god I think wanting to be supreme has given us a job to do, to keep us occupied and not think of few things as

1) Why are we born?
2) Why are we on earth? Any reason?
3) Why things around us?

Any answers any one. Even Stephen hawking too has no answers to them. Any one wanting to be Stephen Hawking ???

“Job” what job? No I am not talking of the job that gives us money , I am talking of the job called sleeping , eating , and reproducing . We do things to achieve the basic 3 of life very similar to what apes do in an “inhuman” way I guess. We are that different from them, are we?

The universe may be 14.7 billion years old; we live for maximum 100 years. Some of us have lived for a quarter century old others reaching half century….

I strongly believe we do not have the power yet to transform things as we still do not have the power to save a dying man. All I may ask is for all us to spend at least ten min after reading this article to try to answer few things I have asked and get an answer to them or thinking to at least find an answer, the thoughts may be endless or different.

This what I call “evolution of life” , from the big bag theory to the present , we are just a part of this magnificent canvas called LIFE created by GOD who wants us to play small part in it .

I do not know what is in store for us , but I hope I have created some enthusiasm in all of you , hope some one really finds the answer.

Even as a time nears midnight as I write this article, my thoughts are still with those girls who were in the center of the news for more than 15 days on all the news channels.

News channels, spare a thought for them. They really make me think as to what they are up to now a days. Last year they made us the country feel proud by showing the terrorists being killed live on television, some thing that was never thought off. Now they play the same footage of the girls being hit, thrown on the ground, clothes nearly torn, over and over again.

If I may ask, what on earth were those camera men doing who shot the unruly scene in front of the pub? Was it not their moral responsibility to inform the police or try to prevent such a act or at least help that young guy who tried to stop the goondas from vandalizing things there?

I think time has come to improve ourselves, think in manner that would change things around, change the way we look at things.

we are growing, as a nation, which aspires to be the best, by talking, but the ground reality is we have not moved an inch, to improve the system or the people around us, to be there.

Yes we are growing, in the number of “Sena” parties which are there under political back up, but we are also in the process of
“decay” as I put it in, to show the world we are coming to get you.

I hope may be some one who has got the power to challenge them please come forward, lets start a change to make things better in our small little way as human chains are stronger than a group of 30 people, as we cam make or break governments.

Lets show we need change, as change must come from the way we select our leaders, not people like MR Kar CM, even after seeing the brutal act on television come up with the most horrific statement “The sri ram sena will not be banned”.

Hope he lives to see the day, he gets hit, thrown on the ground and made to weep for that sentence, and we will surly call the media for doing their bit, as they will have the best TRP ratings yet.

I do end this article by a hope that we can live to see a better society for the woman of our country by starting a chain through this blog that gets so strong , we can be able to defeat the political will of our politicians.

On the night of 26/11, Mr Hemanth Karkare, the ATS chief got a text message from a journalist on his phone - ” Sir, there is a report that there is threat to your life, is that true?”, he replied with a smiley.

He was shot thrice by the terrorists, and the 3 bullets pierced through his chest later that night in spite of wearing a ” a bullet proof jacket”.

Sad day, for India, sad day for democracy in our country, where we could not protect our citizens due to negligence and corruption from our politicians.

“THE WAR FOR DEMOCRACY” , title which i took from Nehru’s autobiography, suddenly found so much relevance as to the repercussions of what happened on 26/11 at Mumbai, the so called “India’s 9/11″.

As i write this article , the lone terrorist Kasab is cooling his heels off in some prison jail in Mumbai, with Z class security, but what he has not realized is what he has done to the sub continent and its people.

This barbaric act by 10 terrorists how came from across the border, has got the nation to fight terror and the democracy within it. Though we have had candle light, silent protest, “VANDE MATRAM “, being chanted on the streets of Mumbai, it was a scene which was so reminiscent of the freedom struggle, which was well before i was born, gave me so much of faith that we can do some thing to help change the way we look at things. One question that really comes out off all this peace marches, protests, is WHAT NEXT?

We cannot go to war against Pakistan, as a lot of section of the media is suggesting, if that happens then the terrorists will have the last laugh. I hope many people know that the US and NATO forces are trying to bomb the Taliban on the Pakistan - Afghanistan border. As they had not option to hit the US so they took the easy route hit India, create tension between Pakistan and India, and gain control of the western Pakistan province of Peshawar.

Pakistan also cannot tell the world that they have terrorists in their own backyard, because the democratic process in Pakistan will get a short in the arm.

We have to be decisive in the approach to this difficult problem in the sub continent, but we can surly not preach what Pakistan is to do to nor declare war against Pakistan, which would result in 2 nuclear capable countries at war, and the aftermath is some thing no one can apprehend, and no we don want another Hiroshima or Nagasaki, for heavens sake.

What we have to fight, is a war, against the way we are being ruled by the democratic parties here in India, we have to fight a war to get better policies to have more budget allocations for defense, a need for a centralized intelligence agency, and no to have 5 different agencies investigating one act of terrorism.

Also it is better to clean our own backyard, make it ready for any kind of terror attack, but most importantly, what we need is a preventive mechanism to prevent more attacks in the future.

These things can be archived if and only if our politicians, bureaucrat’s in our country stand as one against terror, and not politicize terror.

We as the public have a major role to play in this regard, let us all fight, till we get a solution to the problems that this great diverse, secular country is facing.

We must salute our NSG, the army and immortalize the brave hearts who gave their life in the line of duty, to save us and the generations to come.

I salute them, and must carry on from where they left. We cannot sit idle. Let us change ourselves, our country, for the good.
